Soul Bubbles: Bringing Back the Souls
Monday, October 13th, 2008If you are fond of pleasant graphics and charming gameplay, then you will love Soul Bubbles- a puzzle based game for the DS Lite. Published by Eidos Interactive and developed by Mekensleep, Soul Bubbles is an exciting, role-playing game. Gamers play as a shaman, who is a trainee engaged in the task of transporting souls. The delightful gameplay invites you to collect the souls into sparkling bubbles. The whole purpose of doing this is to send these souls to their original home, and the bubbles are their only means of transportation.
You have to move around, targeting the souls in order to make them moving towards their ultimate destination. But it is not as simple as it sounds, since there are a lot of hurdles to be faced on the way. In Soul Bubbles (Nintendo DS) there are many ferocious creatures, which continuously make attempts to burst the bubbles and swallow the souls. But that’s not the end of troubles for our cute looking spiritualist. He has to remove other hurdles like plants, rocks and animals, which block the way and make it difficult for the bubbles to move ahead. You have to guide the bubbles through the complicated mazes while protecting them from all the environmental dangers. So here you are: controlling the shaman with the stylus while with maintaining his breath, which moves the bubbles.
This simple but fascinating game will definitely grab your attention until you succeed in shipping all the souls. Go for Soul Bubbles and enjoy the job of a trainee shaman.
