Monday, November 2nd, 2009

Golden Balls is fantastic game that is actually based on an ITV game show. These games are developed and published by Mindscape which is one of the biggest manufacturers of all sorts of games. It is a very interesting game and you can play this on the multiplayer as well. The game is very crafty and you will need to use your brain. You can play against three different characters in the game as well. Jasper Carrott is the host of this game which further enhances the gameplay.

The main motive of the game is to bluff the opponents through a series of rounds. You will have to win five golden balls with as much cash as you can. Victory in each and every round improves the ranking of the player and unlocks various other levels as well. Each player and the opponents have a bluff-o-meter that keeps on fluctuating as you pass each round. The Golden Balls (DS) game actually starts from a base fund of £ 200,000. The amount keeps on increasing as the player keeps on winning each time. The main motive of the game is to lie and cheat against all your opponents who will try and vote you off.

In the game Golden Balls you will have to manage to the final showdown by cheating and bluffing. The graphics of the game are fantastic and will provide a nothing less than realistic experience. The gameplay is terrific as well and you will have to play for hours to master the Nintendo DS game.

Deal or No Deal DS: Participate in the exciting Game Show on your DS

Friday, July 17th, 2009

The newly launched Deal or No Deal (DS) game is the predecessor of the originally played television game show “Deal or No Deal” which was produced by Endemol. The Deal or No Deal (DS) game is bestowed with the same game sequence and simple premise of the original TV show Deal or No Deal.

The rules of the Deal or No Deal (DS) game are very simple. The player is presented with 26 briefcases which would contain 26 different amounts from $.01 to $1 million in a random order. The player chooses one briefcase from the 26 briefcases and the game begins. The player gradually has to eliminate the other 25 briefcases so that he/she could narrow down the amount that was picked up earlier by him/her. In course of the game there are different offers provided to the player from various mysterious bankers to buy the briefcase that he/she has chosen before the player learns what amount the briefcase contains.

Howie Mandel, the original host of the famous TV show, “Deal or No Deal” is also the host of the Deal or No Deal (DS) game. Though the facial features of Howie Mandel are not same as that of the original but his voice over present in the Deal or No Deal (DS) game makes it interesting. This game is basically luck oriented and random selection of numbers. The Deal or No Deal DS game offers two game modes i.e. Mastermind style game which involves the guess of a safe combination, and High-Low, along with the briefcases. The game also offers the player to play the role of the banker and make the contestant agree to a lower amount possible.

The Deal or No Deal (DS) game might not have the exact feel of the famous TV Show Deal or No Deal but it is still better to have a TV Show being imitated in video-gaming world.
