Imagine – Teacher: Ever Wonder what Life as a Teacher is Like? Find out on your DS

Friday, July 31st, 2009

Ubisoft has finally made the statement to school going children that their vacations are over and its time to get down to business. Teachers are being given the charge again and this time things are pretty serious. High school students have been put on reprimand to keep their bikes in the garage and take their books out again as the Imagine- teacher for the Nintendo DS is all set to take gaming stores by storm.

The gamer portrays the role of a young woman who is called April and has been hired as a replacement for Mr. Coddleton, the elementary school teacher who is on the verge of retirement. The four students who form the strength of the school have to be educated apart from the routine others who are encouraged to join the barmy army. The gamer in the form of teacher is in charge of every subject that is taught to these kids. Be it Math, History, Reading or Biology, the gamer has to dig into everything and play all the mini games. The schedule for the week has to be planned in advance so that classes are conducted in the way they should be. Repetition is not at all a concern in the Imagine - Teacher (DS) game for the fact that the game has a lot of variations which keep the gamer engaged to it all the time. Those who have fond memories of junior and high school will love this game and will get a chance to relive all those days when they used to be grilled by teachers for not finishing assignments on time and for not taking tests seriously.

Nintendogs - Chihuahua & Friends (DS): Enjoy your own only Slightly Smaller than Life Size Digital Chihuahua Pet

Friday, July 24th, 2009

Dealing with the Nintendogs might be a little annoying. If you have been a dog lover since ages, then these pooches will become the best virtual companions that you can ever have in your life. The very bright eyes and the tails that never tire to wag will make your heart melt like ice melts on a frying pan. These canines are very boisterous and high endearing. The gamer has to be vigilant all the time as the pooches require lots of caring, training and joyous interaction. The virtual puppy game is one of the best games that has been designed on animals and is also a measure towards increasing care and concern for them. The Nintendo DS game starts off with the gamer being taken to a kennel where he/she has to make a choice from six breeds. Once the gamer keeps progressing, he gets the chance to unlock the other ones too.

All the available breeds, including, of course, the beloved Chihuahua breed, come with their own characteristics and qualities. Some are shy, some are daring. Some are obedient while some are so reckless that you might run out of patience training them. The colours and designs in which they come also make them quite fascinating. The adoption fee has to be paid and the pooch will be there to start the Nintendogs - Chihuahua & Friends DS game with. The game is not a slash and kick ass thriller but a very sensitive theme for enjoyment which requires the gamer to be considerate. Get the game right away and let your sensitive side get some air.
