Namco Museum DS Review

Monday, October 29th, 2007

JoshuaZimmerman reviews the game Namco Museum DS for the Nintendo DS Lite. In a nutshell, Namco Museum is a collection of older arcade games such including Pac Man, Dig Dug II, Galaxian, Galaga, Xevious, Mappy and The Tower of Druaga. One cool thing is it lets you play Pac Man with another person over wifi. Overall it is a good game BUT they really don’t give you enough bang for your buck as they could have included a lot more games than they did… so in the end it isn’t worth it for the cost.

Spongebob Squarepants The Yellow Avenger DS Review

Friday, October 19th, 2007

Some random person reviews Spongebob Squarepants: The Yellow Avenger for the Nintendo DS.  This is more of a “cutesy” game for kids… simple and maybe too simple for older kids.  It gets a 3 out of 5 stars.

touch-the-dead.jpg

Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb review Touch the Dead for the Nintendo DS Lite.  Touch the Dead is a first person shooter with what appears to be the same graphical quality as the Doom game which came out many years ago.  You are in a prison and basically have to shoot a bunch of zombies over and over again.  They give it a 1 out of 5 stars.  Also be sure to check out this other Touch the Dead DS review.

Drawn to Life DS Review

Monday, October 15th, 2007

SonikDude reviews Drawn to Life for the Nintendo DS Lite.  Drawn to life is a “weird game” in which you can draw the main character as well as customize other aspects of the game.  I think I would consider getting this game just so I could make really weird characters to play in the game.  :)

Honeycomb Beat DS Review

ds-lite.jpg

Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb review Honeycomb Beat for the Nintendo DS Lite - a puzzle game where you change the colors of hexagons. This puzzle game may seem fun at first, but turns out to be very easy and too much of the same old - same old. Even though the game is lame, this review provides a very amusing parody. Honeycomb Beat gets a 3 out of 5 stars.
